Tees & Co started with a tweet.

No warehouse, no big launch, just an idea posted online and a demand nobody expected. That tweet turned into orders, orders turned into a system, and the system turned into a brand.

Before Tees & Co, there was years of learning the industry from the inside. Time spent in manufacturing taught the discipline of production. Time spent in premium gifting and printing taught what it means to deliver quality that holds up under pressure. Those lessons became the foundation.

Today, Tees & Co runs on three pillars: core basics that people wear every day, custom printing and production for brands and events, and a women's line built for the woman who wants more than the basics.

We've sold over 10,000 tees to more than 3,000 customers, built a full B2B pipeline serving corporates, schools, and events, and set up the systems, from automated order tracking to delivery partnerships, that let us operate like a company far bigger than our years in business.

But the numbers aren't the point. The point is the standard.

We believe excellence is the only outcome worth pursuing. Every order, every print, every tee is measured against that. Not because it's easy, but because anything less isn't good enough.

Tees and Co. is a modern e-commerce brand specializing in high-quality apparel and accessories including shirts, hoodies, joggers, caps, and tote bags.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices and availability may change without prior notice.
After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee that the order will be fulfilled if stock is unavailable.
3. Payment
Payments must be made via our approved payment methods (bank transfer) with the account name Tees Co Limited, any other account is not recognised. 
Payment must be received in full before the order is processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and pick up by delivery service is done on Mondays and Fridays
Delivery timelines depend on location and shipping method. Tees and Co. is not liable for delays due to courier services or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Tees and Co. Refund & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: 1st Jan 2026
At Tees and Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns, exchanges, or refunds only if the issue originates from our end (wrong items, wrong sizes, or defective products).
1. Eligibility
Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be unuse\d, unworn, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for refund or exchange.
2. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
Exchange requests should specify the desired replacement item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error from Tees and Co.
4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Contact our customer service via the channel the order was placed or Whatsapp contact: 0911 045 8717 within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
Follow the instructions provided by our team for returning the item.
